This honey is from hives placed around the perimeter of Salisbury plain, so the bees can reach the restricted army firing ranges as well as the gardens of the surrounding villages. Salisbury plain is a vast area of native grassland used predominately for military exercises, this results in a plethora of native wildflowers undisturbed by modern agriculture. This delicious honey has an almost spiced, cinnamon-like taste from the Yellow Sweet Clover, as well as other flavours from Lime trees and diverse wildflowers.
