Our Organic Blackstrap Molasses is a natural by-product of traditional sugar cane refining. We only use the most nutritionally important "third extraction” which is the lowest in sugar and has the highest concentration of minerals (high in Iron, Calcium, Magnesium and Potassium).

Our blackstrap molasses are naturally gluten and dairy free, contain no added sugar or salt and are suitable for vegans and vegetarians.
