Always a favourite, our Sea Change Pinot Grigio is a wonderful example of this popular grape variety from Northern Italy. Famed for its bright citrus flavours, zippy acidity and refreshing minerality, it is easy to see why Pinot Grigio is so in demand. Far from the warmth of the Mediterranean, it is the Alpine climate of the Friuli Venezia Giulia region that gives Sea Change Pinot Grigio the freshness that we all love. It’s also the reason why it is such a good food match, or to keep it simple, served ice cold whilst basking in some warm summer sun!
 
Tasting Notes
Sea Change Pinot Grigio is full of bright citrus fruit: the zest of ripe lemons is married beautifully with the delicate floral notes of Jasmine and Orange Blossom. On the palate, the wine's lively acidity and underlying minerality make it mouth-wateringly moreish. Great to pair with food or simply just to enjoy chilled on a hot day.
 
Food Pairings
Great as an aperitif or enjoyed alfresco, Sea Change Pinot Grigio is perfect simply on its own or served alongside fresh green salads, seafood, or white meat dishes.
