Japanese Rice Crackers

Traditionally from Japan, rice crackers have been enjoyed across the Far East for generations, and are a good alternative to crisps and fried snacks. They are baked, not fried, flavoured with soy sauce, seaweed and chilli.
Rice flour, Soy sauce (Soybean, wheat, salt, water) sugar, modified tapioca starch, seaweed, glucose, maltodextrin, chilli extract, colour: E150a, E160c.
