Doorstep Delivery
We offer a doorstep delivery service on all of our products to the following postcode areas:
M13, M14, M16, M19, M20, M21, M22, M23, M31 M32, M33, M41 M44, SK8, SK3, SK4, SK5, SK7, WA3, WA4, WA13, WA14, WA15 & WA16.
Simply order online, we will confirm your delivery day, leave your empty bottles out to be collected and we will leave full ones and any other shopping in their place.
We currently deliver to M31, M41, M44, WA3, WA4, WA16, WA14 & WA13 on Wednesdays and all other areas on Thursdays.
Please note for all liquid deliveries there will be a one off £5 returnable deposit for the bottles used for delivery.

Frequently Asked Questions:
It is not giving me the option to select home delivery at checkout. What can I do?
There has been a recent glitch in the system which has been fixed but it means there is now an extra step before you can select doorstep delivery.​ Due to this system upgrade so you might need to refresh your browser if you are using a bookmarked page. If you already have an account please log in.
If it will not let you select doorstep delivery on the cart page do not worry as you can change it on the next pages. Continue through the checkout pages until you get to the box that states delivery method, on the top right hand side of this box there is an edit link, if you press this it should flag up all the delivery options including doorstep delivery.

Once you have done this once it should remember your preferred delivery method.

If you are still having issues please check out with store collection as the delivery option and write a note in the box that it is for home delivery but please ensure that we deliver to your postcode before doing this.

How will I know that you have received my order?
You will receive an email confirmation when your order is received.
​
Is there any subscription or on going commitment?
No. You can order however many products you like as often as you like.
​
Is there a delivery charge?
There is a standard £2.50 charge for all deliveries.
​
There is no delivery charge for orders over £25.
​
Is there a minimum order value?
Yes. The minimum order value is £10.

When do I have to order by?
You can place your order whenever you like but your order will need to be placed before midnight the day before your delivery day to be delivered in the same week.

When will my order be delivered?
We deliver on Wednesdays & Thursdays. Occasionally due to operating needs this may need to change but we let you know as soon as possible when your delivery will take place. If you cannot receive your delivery on a particular day please let us know and we will change it. We do have some capacity for deliveries on other days so please get in touch if you need your delivery on a particular day or a more urgent delivery and we will see what we can do.

Can I add onto my order if I forget something?
Yes, you can add onto your order up until midnight on the day before your delivery or an hour before your collection. This has to be done as a separate order, just return to the website and add any extras your need to your basket as normal. When checking out select click & collect and make a note that it is an addition. We will then know it is to be added and you will not be charged another delivery fee.

What time will I receive my order?
We aim to make all deliveries between 10am & 5pm but it is not possible to give you an exact time. It is dependent on the route and amount of deliveries. Sometimes there is heavy traffic or unforeseen circumstances where your delivery may be later than this but we will let you know if this is the case.

How will be order be packaged?
All food is supplied in recycled paper bags.
​
Some food items contain natural oils which may be absorbed by the brown paper bags. These food items may be packaged in different bags, in fully sterilised donated containers or will be double bagged to prevent natural oils seeping through onto other items; however, this may still occur.

All liquids are delivered in returnable glass bottles. Please note a one off returnable £5 deposit is required for the bottles.
​
Please note we will on occasion use boxes that have previously been used to store nuts or other allergen containing products in. If you would rather not have your order in one of these please state in the notes section when you check out.

Do I have to be home to receive my delivery?
No, provided you have a safe place for your delivery to be left then we will happily leave it where requested. Let us know if you have a preferred safe place when you order.

Can provide my own containers to be filled?
In order to comply with current labelling regulations and for hygene and quality control we are unable to refill customers own container when doing deliveries.

Will my food still be fresh?
Yes, we will pack your food as close to your delivery time as possible limiting the time it is out of the air tight containers used in store. We recommend unpacking your food as soon as possible and storing it in air tight containers.

Why do I have to pay a deposit for my bottles?
The bottles we supply your product in are of high quality in order for them to be safe, reduce damages and last for a long time. In order for us to keep this quality and continue the circular system it is necessary to ask for a deposit.

Please note you must add the deposit charge to your basket when you make your first order. Failure to add the deposit to your order will result in the order being cancelled.

Do I have to pay a deposit for each bottle?
No, the £5 deposit covers all the bottles you will need while receiving deliveries from us. If you require more bottles in the future the initial first delivery deposit will cover all of these bottles.

How do I get my deposit back?
Just send an email to hello@fantastic-noplastic.co.uk if you no longer wish to keep receiving deliveries from us and we will arrange to collect your bottles on one our upcoming delivery rounds and as soon as we have collected all the bottles we will refund your deposit.

How much can I order?
For food you can order as much as you like. For ease everything in the online shop is listed per 100g apart from herbs & spices which are listed as 10g. If you want more that 100g (10g) increase the quantity so for 500g of flour you would select 5 as the quantity.

For liquids due to the size of the bottles you can order most of our products in either 250g, 500g or 1kg (100g is approximately 100ml). Cleaning powders are supplied in 500g returnable tubs.
​
5kg (litre) liquid refills are available to pre-order in most cases we will be able to fulfil the order the same week as normal however as we do not hold a lot of stock for some products we may have to order more to fulfil your order. We aim to deliver all pre-ordered products the following week. Please note ypur whole order will be withheld until all items are available however you can place two separate orders if you like.

If wish to order larger amounts (such as 20kg containers) this can be arranged but we do not always keep large amounts of certain products in stock so they would have to be specially ordered and may take longer. All large quantity orders are usually able to be fulfilled within 2 weeks. Drop us an email if you wish to order larger amounts.

Do you offer bulk buy discounts?
We believe that everyone should pay the same price no matter how much they buy and people should not miss out if they cannot afford to or do not have the space to buy in bulk. We buy in bulk so you don't have to meaning you will always get the best and same price regardless of how much you buy.

Can I order alcohol to be delivered?
Yes. Any deliveries containing alcohol cannot be left in a safe place and must be received inside the address by someone over the age of 18. Identification will be required on delivery from one of the following; Passport, UK driving license or PASS approved proof of age card.

How do I know what ingredients and allergens are in my order?
Ingredients and allergen information are listed on each product page. Allergens will also be highlighted on the label printed from the scales for food products. Although we do our very best to prevent cross contamination in store, due to the nature of being a refill store we cannot guarantee no cross contamination has taken place.

What do I do if there is an issue with my delivery?
Let us know as soon as possible if there is any issue with your order and we will do our best to rectify the issue as soon as possible.​
​
Can I return items for a refund or exchange?
Due to safety regulations we cannot accept returns or exchanges on our liquids or foods. Please see the refund policy for further information.

Can you deliver to more areas?
Yes, if you live around the areas we already deliver to, just get in touch and we will do our best to include you in one of our delivery rounds. If you live in an area we do not currently deliver to, again just get in touch and we will see what we can do.

Will you be offering more products for delivery?
All of our products are listed online however if you would like something specific that we have not got please get in touch and we can see if its something we could stock.

Will you be offering more varied delivery times?
Hopefully. We have just started to offer home delivery and are currently unsure if the demand is there for it so we have had to start small with the resources we already have. If the demand proves to be there we will certainly look at expanding the availability.
