A collaboration with Half Dozen Other Bakehouse. Born out of the booming trade of shortbread off-cuts for dinted tinnies with our old neighbours at Springfield Lane. A rich and decadent 7% stout brewed with 4 specialty dark malts; plus the addition of cacao nibs, caramel, milk sugar and sea salt. Plus a load of shortbread off-cuts thrown into the mash for good measure!
