Click & Collect

We offer our complete range of food and liquid refill products via Click & Collect. Simply browse the shop online, choose what you need, and check out — selecting your preferred collection day and time. You can collect on the same day you order or choose a future date, but please allow at least one hour between placing your order and your requested collection time.

Collections are available Monday to Friday, 10am–6:30pm (last orders for same-day collection by 4pm). On Saturdays, same-day orders must be placed by 12pm and collected by 5:30pm. We aim to have orders ready within the hour, but during busier periods this may take a little longer — please wait for your order ready email before heading to the store to avoid any wait.

You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed, followed by a second email when it's ready to collect. Collect from us at 127 Northenden Road, Sale Moor, M33 3HF. If you're collecting after 5:30pm the shutters may be partially down — just give us a knock and we'll meet you at the door.

Packaging: All food is supplied in recycled paper bags. Some items contain natural oils which may be absorbed by the bags; these will be packaged in sterilised donated containers or double-bagged where possible, though some seepage may still occur. We occasionally use boxes that have previously stored nuts or other allergens — if you'd prefer not to use these, please note it at checkout.

Quantities & ordering: Everything in the online shop is listed per 100g (herbs & spices per 10g). To order more, simply increase the quantity — for example, select 5 for 500g of flour. There is a minimum order of £3.00 due to card processing and website fees. For orders under £3.00, email us at hello@fantastic-noplastic.co.uk and we'll get it ready for you in the same way. Orders over £3.00 must be placed through the website.

Adding to your order: You can add to an existing order up until midnight the day before delivery, or up to one hour before your collection time. Simply place a new order on the website, select Click & Collect, and note in the checkout that it's an addition — we'll combine it and you won't be charged an extra delivery fee.

Freshness: We pack your food as close to your collection time as possible to minimise time out of the airtight containers used in store. We recommend unpacking and transferring to airtight containers at home as soon as you can.

Allergens: Ingredients and allergen information are listed on each product page and will also be highlighted on the label printed from our scales. While we do our very best to prevent cross-contamination, due to the nature of a refill store we cannot guarantee it.

Liquid refills & bottle deposit: For all liquid collections (excluding milk), there is a one-off £5 returnable deposit for the bottles we supply. This single deposit covers all the bottles you'll ever need with us — you won't pay again if you need more bottles in future. Please make sure to add the deposit to your basket on your first order, as we won't be able to fill the bottles until it's paid. When you no longer wish to collect, simply return all bottles in good condition and we'll refund your deposit in full.

Due to labelling regulations and hygiene requirements, we're unable to refill customers' own containers for Click & Collect orders. However, you're welcome to drop your own containers in store to be filled — these will be weighed and paid for when collected rather than in advance.

Bringing your own containers for dry goods: If you'd like your own containers filled with dry goods, place your order online as usual, note that you'll be dropping off your own containers, and bring them in — we'll complete your order as quickly as possible.

Milk bottle return scheme: Our glass milk bottles operate on a closed-loop system — you buy the bottle once and bring it back each time you want a refill. If you're returning a bottle, please select the "returning bottle" option from the dropdown on the product listing.
