Doorstep Delivery
We offer a doorstep delivery service on all of our products to the following postcode areas: M13, M14, M16, M19, M20, M21, M22, M23, M31, M32, M33, M41, M44, SK3, SK4, SK5, SK7, SK8, WA3, WA4, WA13, WA14 & WA15.
Simply order online and we'll confirm your delivery day. If you order liquid refills, leave your empty bottles out and we'll collect them and leave full ones — along with the rest of your shopping — in their place. We deliver to M31, M41, M44, WA3, WA4, WA13 & WA14 on Wednesdays, and all other areas on Thursdays. Occasionally, due to operating needs, your delivery day may change — we'll always let you know as soon as possible. If you can't receive a delivery on a particular day, or need a delivery on a specific day or more urgently, just get in touch and we'll do our best to accommodate you.
You'll receive an email confirmation as soon as your order is placed. We aim to deliver between 11am and 2pm, though we can't guarantee an exact time as it depends on the route and number of deliveries. We'll let you know if there are any delays.
There is no ongoing subscription or commitment — order as often or as little as you like. Delivery is £2.50, with free delivery on orders over £25. There is a minimum order value of £10. Orders must be placed before 1pm the day before your delivery day to be included that week.
Adding to your order: You can add to an existing order up until midnight the day before delivery. Simply place a new order on the website, select Click & Collect at checkout, and note that it's an addition — we'll combine it and you won't be charged an extra delivery fee.
Packaging: All food is supplied in recycled paper bags. Some items contain natural oils which may be absorbed by the bags; these will be packaged in sterilised donated containers or double-bagged where possible, though some seepage may still occur. Liquids are delivered in returnable glass bottles. We occasionally use boxes that have previously stored nuts or other allergens — if you'd prefer not to use these, please note it at checkout.
You don't need to be home to receive your delivery — just let us know a safe place to leave it when you order. Please note we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage after the delivery has been made.
Quantities & ordering: Everything in the online shop is listed per 100g (herbs & spices per 10g) — to order more, simply increase the quantity (e.g. select 5 for 500g of flour). For liquids, most products are available in 250g, 500g or 1kg sizes (100g ≈ 100ml), and cleaning powders are supplied in 500g returnable tubs. 5-litre liquid refills are available to pre-order — most can be fulfilled the same week, though some may need to be ordered in and will be delivered the following week. Please note your whole order will be held until all items are available, though you're welcome to place two separate orders if you prefer. For larger quantities (such as 20kg containers), just drop us an email — these can usually be fulfilled within two weeks.
Pricing: We believe everyone should pay the same price regardless of how much they buy. We buy in bulk so you don't have to, meaning you'll always get the best price whether you order a little or a lot. We don't offer bulk buy discounts.
Alcohol deliveries: Yes, we can deliver alcohol. Please note that orders containing alcohol cannot be left in a safe place and must be received in person by someone aged 18 or over. Valid ID will be required on delivery — a passport, UK driving licence, or PASS-approved proof of age card.
Freshness: We pack your food as close to your delivery time as possible to minimise time out of the airtight containers used in store. We recommend unpacking and transferring to airtight containers at home as soon as you can.
Allergens: Ingredients and allergen information are listed on each product page and highlighted on the label printed from our scales. While we do our very best to prevent cross-contamination, due to the nature of a refill store we cannot guarantee it.
Liquid bottle deposit: For all liquid deliveries, there is a one-off £5 returnable deposit for the bottles we supply. This single deposit covers all the bottles you'll ever need — you won't pay again if you need more in future. Please make sure to add the deposit to your basket on your first order, as failure to do so will result in the order being cancelled. The deposit is fully refundable — simply email hello@fantastic-noplastic.co.uk when you no longer wish to receive deliveries and we'll arrange to collect your bottles on an upcoming round and refund you in full.
Own containers: Due to current labelling regulations and hygiene and quality control requirements, we're unable to refill customers' own containers for deliveries.
Issues & returns: If there's any issue with your delivery, please let us know as soon as possible and we'll do our best to resolve it quickly. Due to safety regulations, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on liquids or food — please see our refund policy for further details.
Delivery area expansion: If you live near one of our existing delivery areas, get in touch and we'll do our best to include you on one of our rounds. If you're further afield, contact us and we'll see what we can do.
Product range: All of our products are listed online. If there's something specific you'd like that we don't currently stock, get in touch and we'll see if it's something we could offer.
Postal delivery: We also offer a postal delivery service — please see the Postal Delivery page for more details. Please note that due to courier restrictions, we're unable to ship any liquid products outside of mainland UK. For non-liquid items, get in touch and we'll see what's possible.
