All the speed of couscous, with the goodness of whole wheat. Our Organic Wholemeal Couscous is made from whole wheat durum semolina — a more nutritious, deeper-flavoured alternative to white couscous that adds a satisfying nuttiness and a higher fibre content to every dish.

Simply pour over boiling water or stock, cover, and leave to absorb for 5 minutes before fluffing with a fork. Use as a base for vibrant salads with roasted vegetables, herbs, and lemon, serve alongside tagines and stews, or enjoy as a wholesome, quick side dish in place of rice.

Price stated is per 100g if you would like more than 100g please select quantities in multiples of 100. For example for 500g select a quantity of 5. All food is supplied in recycled paper bags.
