Darjeeling - Organic
Elegant, floral, and quietly luxurious — the Champagne of Teas.
Our Darjeeling comes from the Phuguri Estate, a renowned organic garden nestled in the misty foothills of the Himalayas in West Bengal. Graded FTGFOP1 (Finest Tippy Golden Flowery Orange Pekoe 1), this is a refined, first-class tea with a light body, floral complexity, and the signature muscatel character that makes Darjeeling unlike any other tea in the world. All our teas are organic, plastic-free, and hand-blended in Devon.
Tasting Notes: Delicately floral with soft muscatel sweetness, hints of honeyed grape, and a light, champagne-like finish. A pale golden infusion that is refreshing, poised, and quietly luxurious — best sipped slowly and savoured.
How to Brew: One heaped teaspoon per cup, water at 85–90°C (not boiling), steep for 3–4 minutes. Always enjoy without milk to fully appreciate the delicate floral and muscatel notes. A tea that rewards your full attention.
