Tricolore fusilli — the classic Italian spiral pasta in three colours: vibrant green (spinach), deep red (tomato), and golden white. The spiral shape is brilliant for holding onto sauces, dressings, and dips. Great tossed with olive oil and garlic, served with a light tomato or pesto sauce, or used in cold pasta salads where the colours really shine.
