M33 The Sale Gin is a classic London Dry gin with a local twist. Locally foraged blackberries are distilled within the still, lending a beautifully soft and smooth character, while traditional botanicals — juniper, orris, coriander, and angelica — deliver the complexity and structure of a proper London Dry. Clear, versatile, and works perfectly with any garnish and mixer. Supplied in a hand-printed black stoneware bottle. 50cl.
