Fry anchovy fillets in olive oil until they melt, stir in the sauce, and toss through spaghetti or linguine for a traditional Puttanesca. Or simply heat and stir through your favourite pasta for a quick vegan version — equally delicious stuffed into roasted peppers with rice or couscous.
