Potts' Ragù Alla Calabrese is a bold, spicy take on Bolognese from the sun-drenched south of Italy — made with roasted peppers, fennel, and chilli for a sauce with real depth and warmth. Comes in a 100% recyclable steel "beer" can with a fully removable lid for a genuinely plastic-free pasta night.

Fry pork mince in olive oil, add the ragù, and stir through penne or conchiglie for a traditional Calabrese. Swap in soy protein mince for a vegan version, or heat through and serve with rice and grilled Portobello mushrooms.
