Propertea is everything you want in a breakfast tea — robust and full-bodied, yet never harsh. A masterfully balanced organic blend of Assam, Ceylon, and Keemun, hand-blended in Devon to deliver the perfect cup from the very first sip of the day. Bold enough for a builder, elegant enough for bone china. All our teas are organic, plastic-free, and hand-blended in Devon.

Tasting Notes: The Assam gives it a rich maltiness and natural strength, perfect for starting the day. Ceylon adds clarity, a touch of briskness, and a clean finish. Keemun rounds it all out with soft, wine-like florals and a whisper of natural sweetness. Add milk or drink it black — it shines both ways.

How to Brew: One heaped teaspoon per cup, freshly boiled water at 100°C, steep for 3–4 minutes. Excellent with milk for a classic breakfast brew, or black to appreciate the full complexity of the blend.

Price stated is per 100g if you would like more than 100g please select quantities in multiples of 100. For example for 500g select a quantity of 5. All food is supplied in recycled paper bags. Some food items contain natural oils which may be absorbed by the brown paper bags. These food items may be packaged in different bags or will be double bagged to prevent natural oils seeping through onto other items; however, this may still occur. Before dispensing, all our refill food is stored in airtight containers. We recommend putting your dried food items in airtight or semi airtight containers to retain freshness.
