Unlike most non-alcoholic beverages that go through an industrial de-alcoholisation process — stripping away aroma, flavour, and texture — Sea Change Free is made directly from fresh Glera grape must, cold-preserved immediately after pressing so fermentation never starts. The result is a genuinely 0.0% sparkling with no artificial additives or colouring, just 27 calories per 100ml, and all the flavour and provenance of an artisan Italian winery.
