Cinnamon Quills are short, tightly rolled sticks of true cinnamon bark — more fragrant, more complex, and more visually striking than ground cinnamon, and perfect for infusing their warm, sweet, woody flavour slowly into liquids and dishes. A kitchen ingredient that doubles as a natural garnish.

Simmer in mulled wine, cider, and spiced hot drinks, add whole to biryanis, rice dishes, and curries as they cook, use in poaching liquids for fruit and pears, infuse into syrups, custards, and cream, stir into slow-cooked tagines and braises, or use as a stirrer for hot chocolate and coffee for a gentle cinnamon warmth.

Price stated is per 10g if you would like more than 10g please select quantities in multiples of 10. For example for 50g select a quantity of 5. All food is supplied in recycled paper bags. Some food items contain natural oils which may be absorbed by the brown paper bags. These food items may be packaged in different bags or will be double bagged to prevent natural oils seeping through onto other items; however, this may still occur. Before dispensing, all our refill food is stored in airtight containers. We recommend putting your dried food items in airtight or semi airtight containers to retain freshness.
