Couscous with a satisfying chew. Our Giant Couscous — also known as Fregola or Israeli Couscous — is around four times the size of traditional couscous, with a pleasantly chewy texture and a slightly toasted, nutty flavour that makes it a far more substantial and interesting grain to cook with.

Cook in boiling water or stock for 8–10 minutes until tender, then toss with roasted vegetables, fresh herbs, and a lemon dressing for a hearty salad, stir into soups and broths for added body, or serve as a warm, comforting side dish alongside grilled fish, chicken, or lamb.
