The quickest grain in the kitchen. Our Couscous is made from small, steamed balls of crushed durum wheat semolina — a North African staple that is ready in just minutes and serves as a wonderfully light, fluffy base for a huge range of dishes.

Simply pour over boiling water or stock, cover, and leave to absorb for 5 minutes before fluffing with a fork. Serve alongside tagines, stews, and roasted vegetables, toss into vibrant salads with herbs, lemon, and pomegranate, or use as a quick and satisfying side dish in place of rice or potatoes.

Price stated is per 100g if you would like more than 100g please select quantities in multiples of 100. For example for 500g select a quantity of 5.   All food is supplied in recycled paper bags.   Some food items contain natural oils which may be absorbed by the brown paper bags. These food items may be packaged in different bags or will be double bagged to prevent natural oils seeping through onto other items; however, this may still occur.   Before dispensing, all our refill food is stored in airtight containers. We recommend putting your dried food items in airtight or semi airtight containers to retain freshness.
