Safe during pregnancy and breastfeeding when used within the guidelines. Can be diffused or applied topically up to 0.5% for children under 3 years old. For children 3-6 years old, diffuse or apply topically up to 1%. For children 7+ years, follow the standard guidelines for children. Do not apply to or near the face of children. For use on the skin, dilute up to a maximum of 20% essential oil in a carrier oil. Patch test before use. Do not take internally unless prescribed by a qualified practitioner.
