A Brazilian single origin with natural sweetness and chocolate depth. This Fazenda Pantano Yellow Bourbon is a pulped natural coffee grown at 1,150 metres above sea level in the Cerrado region near Patos de Minas, Brazil — delivering a beautifully balanced cup with rich cocoa and chocolate notes, a nutty character, and a natural, lingering sweetness.

Tasting Notes: Cocoa, chocolate, and nutty overtones with a natural sweetness.

The Farm: Fazenda Pântano is a 600-hectare farm in the Cerrado, owned by the Ferrero family. The coffee cherries are hand-picked, pulped, and immediately dried on African-style raised beds for a clean, consistent finish. Rainforest Alliance certified, the farm also supports a local school and funds training schemes and courses for its workers — coffee with a conscience.

Price stated is per 100g if you would like more than 100g please select quantities in multiples of 100. For example for 500g select a quantity of 5. All food is supplied in recycled paper bags. Some food items contain natural oils which may be absorbed by the brown paper bags. These food items may be packaged in different bags or will be double bagged to prevent natural oils seeping through onto other items; however, this may still occur. Before dispensing, all our refill food is stored in airtight containers. We recommend putting your dried food items in airtight or semi airtight containers to retain freshness.
