Should I pre-warm or pre-chill my MontiiCo Food Jar? ABSOLUTELY! When keeping HOT, prewarm your food jar by filling with boiling water and allowing it to sit for 10ish minutes, before adding your food. Heat your food HOTTER than what you would normally if you were eating straight away. When keeping CHILL, prechill by adding cold water and ice cubes - tip your chill water into your Montii Bottle before adding your food!
