Odysea Etna Nocellara Olives are grown in the mineral-rich volcanic soil of Mount Etna on Sicily's east coast — a terroir that gives these bright green olives their distinctive depth of flavour. Harvested late in the season using a low-intervention method, their mild, buttery flesh is enhanced with a slice of lime and whole Pepperoncini Piccante Guarda Cielo chillies from Puglia — a rare variety that grows upwards towards the sky, giving them their name ('guarda cielo' means 'look at the sky').
