Oolong - Organic

Mountain Pearls is a premium organic oolong from the legendary Wuyi Mountains in Fujian Province, China — grown among rocky cliffs and forest mists, gently oxidised, and hand-rolled into tight pearls that unfurl slowly in the cup, releasing complex, evolving flavours with each steep.
Tasting Notes: Complex and aromatic with floral top notes, toasted nut, and subtle stone fruit. A silky, smooth body with a clean mineral finish — a tea that rewards patience and reveals more with every infusion.
How to Brew: One heaped teaspoon per cup, water at 85–90°C, steep for 2–3 minutes for the first infusion. These pearls are designed for multiple infusions — re-steep 2–3 times, adding 30 seconds with each brew, to explore the full depth of flavour. Enjoy without milk.
