Potts' Fajita & Taco Pibil Sauce is inspired by traditional Mexican Pibil — a deeply flavoured, slow-cooked pulled meat dish made with roasted chillies and Mexican achiote paste for a rich, earthy, mildly spiced sauce. Comes in a 100% recyclable steel "beer" can with a fully removable lid for a genuinely plastic-free taco night.

Slow-cook diced pork in the oven for 1.5–2 hours until it falls apart, then pile into soft corn tacos with pickled red onion and jalapeños. Or stir-fry pulled soya protein with red pepper and the Pibil sauce for a vibrant vegan version ready in minutes.
