A clean, grassy cup with soft vegetal sweetness, gentle umami, and not a trace of bitterness — perfect for moments of calm and clarity throughout the day.

Tasting Notes: Bright and grassy with a gentle vegetal sweetness and subtle umami. Silky and smooth on the palate — refreshing without bitterness or astringency.

How to Brew: One heaped teaspoon per cup, water at 70–80°C (not boiling), steep for 2–3 minutes. Avoid boiling water to preserve the delicate flavour and prevent bitterness. Enjoy without milk.
