Carley's Organic Dark Tahini is made from lightly roasted, calcium-rich whole sesame seeds sourced from Bolivia or Ethiopia, finely milled in Chacewater to a silky, richly flavoured spread. Darker and more intense than light tahini, it's exceptional in hummus, dressings, and bakes — or stirred into brownies and flapjacks for a deep, halva-like richness.
