This Country-Style Sourdough from Holy Grain is made from a blend of organic stoneground white wheat, high extraction wheat (81%), whole wheat, and whole grain rye — slowly fermented over two days for a soft, open crumb, complex flavour, and a dark, deeply caramelised crust that crackles when you cut it.
